Full Stack Engineer

Mintill has to keep selling when the Wi-Fi drops, print in the kitchen in under a second and turn a day of orders into tomorrow's plan. You will build the product end to end, from the offline till on a tablet to the APIs behind Mintill AI.

What you will do

Build features across AI POS, AI Sales and AI Ops, from the database to the screen
Make the till work offline first, with sync that never loses an order
Connect payment providers, printers, kitchen screens and delivery apps
Ship the APIs and data pipelines that feed Mintill AI
Turn research from our library into features owners can trust
Release small changes often, with tests and monitoring you are proud of
Visit shops and watch your work in the middle of a real rush

What you bring

4+ years building production web products
Strong TypeScript, with React on the front end and Node.js on the back end
Solid SQL and PostgreSQL: schemas, indexes and migrations
You have built something that works offline or syncs between devices
Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs and webhooks
Docker, CI/CD and one major cloud (AWS or Google Cloud)
Clear written English

Nice to have

Payments, POS or hardware integrations such as ESC/POS printers
Next.js, React Native or progressive web apps
Working with LLM APIs, embeddings or forecasting
Right-to-left interfaces such as Arabic
Experience in an early-stage startup
