Sales Manager

Restaurants and cafés across the Gulf are ready for something better than a till that stops. You will be the person who shows them Mintill, wins them over and builds the sales engine behind our growth in the region.

What you will do

Own new business in the UAE and lead our expansion into Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait
Run the full sales cycle: find, demo, close and hand over to onboarding
Build a pipeline of restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens and retail chains, from single shops to groups with 50+ outlets
Partner with payment providers, delivery apps and hardware resellers
Give live demos of AI POS, AI Sales and AI Ops in Arabic and English
Keep the CRM clean and forecast every month
Bring what you hear in the field straight back to the product team

What you bring

5+ years selling B2B software, with at least 2 years in SaaS, POS or payments
A track record of beating your target, with numbers you are happy to talk about
A network in Gulf food and beverage or retail
Fluent English. Arabic is a strong plus
Confident on the shop floor and in the boardroom
Comfortable with HubSpot or Salesforce and with reading a sales dashboard
A valid UAE driving licence

Nice to have

Experience selling to restaurant groups or franchises
You have worked in a restaurant, café or shop
Experience opening a new country for a startup
Hindi, Urdu or Tagalog, often spoken by shop teams in the region

What we offer

AED 22,000 to 28,000 a month base salary
Uncapped commission, paid monthly, with on-target earnings of AED 35,000 to 40,000 a month

Your first 90 days

30 days
Learn the product, visit 20 shops with our Key Account Manager and close your first deals.
60 days
Run your own pipeline and sign the first partnership with a payment or delivery provider.
90 days
Hit your monthly target and present the plan for our second Gulf country.
